A continuation of my “Afterlife” series in which I document beachfront amusement towns that line the New Jersey coastline. All of the images are taken “off season”(primarily in the early dawn) when these towns are at their most vacant, and intimate. Wildwood, Seaside Heights, and Atlantic City are the three towns documented in this series. – Michael Massaia

All of the images are shot on large format black & white film, and the final prints are split toned & tinted gelatin silver prints.
